One alphabet, one word, one sound can take you to the state of estcasy

Sound = Vibration = Colour = Energy

 Sound is the denser form of vibration

Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji says,

Ek Akhar har man bast, Nanak hot nihaal.

Meaning three worlds are created by/ within the word.
