http://fateh.sikhnet.com/YogiBhajan (1929 -2005)

His basic message was "It is your birthright to be healthy, happy, and holy."

His motto: "If you can't see God in all, you can't see God at all."

His credo: "It's not the life that matters, it's the courage that you bring to it." His challenge to students, "Don't love me, love my teachings. Become ten times greater than me."
Although Yogi Bhajan has left his physical form, he asked that his students and those who knew him celebrate his Homecoming. The light of his spiritual essence continues to bless all those whom he loved, and that is the entire human race.

Osho explained the meaning of one line in japji - Suniyai uthsath ka isnaan

"Within the body there are 68 points, from whom the sin is committed. Moving the light energy from one point and taking it to the other point, this is called pilgrimage, not traveling outside to various religious places."

( I believe moving of the light energy to be the same Kundalini yoga that yogi Bhajan taught. Furthermore, I believe that one doesn't need any degree in yoga to meditate. One simply needs to listen to the sound of the word one is chanting and feel the light and the heat moving with your focus on the sound and the point in the body. SK)

Osho explained, "The only bad companion is thought. Thought urges you to commit sin. All sin is committed by thought. Thought is an addiction, it does not have answers.

Listening has the answers. Listening is Dhyana, where there are no thoughts. Listening gives the state of Anand.

Thought is like a small spoon that you are using to measure an ocean. You will fail if you try doing so. Listening is the key."
