Salt and blood in third chakra

I did a meditation based on Barbara Ann Brennens suggestions that every chakra is a cone and one could go inside any body part through the vortex and see inside. I didn't want to see inside any body part but I wanted to see what feeling / desire / belief / karma inside me was responsible for my problems. I requested to have wisdom on why I am facing one conflict after another when all I want is peace?

As I started meditation, I felt like focusing on third chakra and it made sense as it's the chakra of will power to survive the physical world. A huge vortex was formed facing outwards, not upwards. Then I saw salt at the bottom of the vortex. I didn't see that as a good thing, so I wanted to wash away the salt. So I saw thick blood coming from the left hand side. I did not think that was a good mix either. So I tried to wash them both out with water and attempted to make a hole on one side of the bottom of the vortex, but I was told that it's not possible and is a bad idea. So I suppose don't puncture holes in chakras to cleanse anything.

Then I placed a clear quarts crystal there and it felt good as if the crystal soaked everything.

I checked the dream dictionary and one of the meanings of the salt says
Salt As a distillation of everything we know, salt represents wisdom."

Can anyone offer any advice?
Should I have not tried to wash the salt away? Is that the indication of wisdom that guides my life and I should listen to the gut feeling?

Healing mantra - forever changing and figure 8

'Sahib Mera Neet Navan' means My master is 'Forever Changing'. The force that rules your body and this universe is forever changing. Disease comes when we stop changing and get stuck on one thought and its emotion. Whatever bad thing, behaviour or action happened with you once is a thing of past. The cells of the body are changing and moving on from that point of time but if you keep taking yourself back to that point the process of moving to next point gets disruptive, nonetheless the force has to move forward, so in the tussle to move forward and your effort to take it backwards caused whatever disease you have been diagnosed with. If there is no time to go to past life therapy etc there is no need to either. Simply let the movement happen naturally and without resistance, the new cells will be normal.
Clockwise direction is for moving forward and anticlockwise is for undoing something. There is no need to undo anything, simply let the purple light tick in the clockwise direction. To heal continuously draw number 8 over the patients body and let the guidance come and change its shape a bit. When I asked where should the crossing over of the eight figure happen- on the belly button or below, I was shown the upper half bigger than lower half but the lower half line was over the middle of the legs, not below the feet. I don't know if this was simple because of the limitation of healers body to reach that far but the upper line definitely went above the head. Watch the energy which flows like a torch light flooding the whole half circle and in fact moving so fast that both circles are filled with light at all times. Then I noticed that it wasn't figure 8 strictly, it's more like letter B but the energy moves in the shape of 8. Later the heads of the 8 moved towards the right and resembled a lotus shape. When I asked what is this, I received its beauty. So I presume that once you start the process, let the guidance come forward and change the shape.
I later tried to think more on figure 8 and found that clockwise and anticlockwise works for so many things like clockwise is feeding, and anticlockwise is digesting. So for diabetic patients it's the digesting which needs fixing. Have to get more answers and they were coming but I was eager to write and couldn't focus.
Before the info about healing chronically ill patients I was asking how the creation happens so I could use that knowledge to heal. First there was a male figure standing facing me. Then there was a female standing facing me, it wasn't me as I was watching her third eye synchronise with mine. Then she stayed at 12 o clock position but every second or less, a copy of her was created and moved to the 1 o'clock clock and then 2 o' clock onwards. This way she was being copied clockwise continuously but every second she was a new form of herself.
Following this I saw four lines, two moved in East west direction and back, and the other north south and back. It came to me that East west was negative ions and North south was positive ions, or at least that how mathematics signs of - and + were created. I understood that contraction back to the original point is very important for the process to work properly. Then I realised how inflammation happens. The expansion happens but the contraction doesn't work properly.

Parsley has oxytocin produced by the pituitary gland

'Feeling of unconditional love' is encouraged in all religions. Oxytocin released by the pituitary gland, a pea sized gland is known as the love hormone. It causes contractions in the uterus during orgasm and is responsible for the feeling of gratification. It's release is also affected by the same causes that it effects. Therefore, the law more produces more.
The researchers agree that oxytocin is also released during deep meditation casing the same feelings. It's no surprise then that their is a sect of Tantric yogis in India that believe that practicing sex will lead them to God if they keep the focus in the upper chakras. From personal experience, I do not recall it producing the effect of uterus contractions. On the other hand, it is one of the gates you have to keep shut to stop the energy from escaping through this door initially. Later on in the session, uterus stays contracted effortlessly when one is in deep meditation.

Last night I read that pituitary gland is located behind the nose, above the roof of the mouth were the lining of the soft tissue begins. It's a secretory organ and therefore it's possible that it's responsible for producing the drops of Amrit that meditators strive to attain. This clarifies for me why placing the tongue on the palate is recommended. The tongue must stimulate the secretion of hormones by the pituitary gland.

For those who just want quick and easy results I also read that Parsley has oxytocin produced by the pituitary gland. So eat lots of parsley.

neuroscience and meditation experiences

There is consistency in the kinds of experiences people have during meditation or when they have near death experiences. One of them is seeing yourself out of your body. Angular gyrus in the brain is responsible for balance and touch. The site http://faculty.washington.edu/chudler/obe.html explains the link between out of body experience and angular gyrus.Weak  stimulation of the right angular gyrus caused the patients to report the feeling of 'sinking into the bed' as mentioned in Betty Eddings book 'embracing the light'.

Stronger stimulation caused out of body experience. One patient reported seeing herself lying in bed, from above, but only saw her legs and lower trunk." At other times she reported feelings of "lightness" and of "floating" two meters above the bed.

These experiences are identical to those of meditators. My own very first experience of floating meters above was at the age of three or four. I never forgot that experience. I had my hair washed and wet when dad called us to meditate for a short period before having our breakfast. Being a little child, I first tried to open one eye to check what other siblings were doing and when I realised that nobody was playing games, I decided out of boredom to actually give it a go and started chanting. Within less than five to ten minutes, I was floating at least a meter above ground. It was a great experience but out of excitement I opened my eyes and was disappointed to see that I was firmly sitting on the ground.

What is stunting your spiritual growth?

Time and time again, the enlightened ones tried to reveal the truth in their own way and everytime we clung to their words without digging deep for the message and in doing so distorted the truth. The reason for clinging to the ritualistic side is because it's physical, mindless and easy.

How do we manage to distort the true message everytime? It's because, we read, speak, listen and hear the message but evaluate it differently based on our limiting beliefs, values and social conditioning.

What do you believe is stunting your spiritual growth? For me it's the worry of acceptance by the society. The inner self knows the truth and I feel that the only way I feel true happiness is when I have had a beautiful meditation experience. I know that when I continuously have great meditation sessions where I reach the void where there is no thought or worry and one receives inner guidance, the effect the people around me have is a certain magnetism. It's a very real change in the physical world. It's much easier to achieve anything just by mere thought. It's effortless.   The problem I face is that I start enjoying the state of void so much that I want to remain in it forever but then I have to go to work, need to communicate with my children and the world. The moment I enter that world, I worry about how people perceive me, hence the need to follow fashion, make and spend more money, create monetary wealth to gain respect in society. The inner world says to work for the good of the community and spend your money on it whereas the physical world suggests to become wealthy and look after your children and their monetary success. If one does a little good for others then the big ego comes to destroy that pleasure and tells us that I did it and it becomes a competition as well. Then you look around and note that every religious building, sect, person is trying to use their knowledge to create more wealth whether it's by selling books, cd or by creating retreats, schools, churches or temples.

The pain of going to and fro between truth and falsehood, meditation and the physical world and the very different conditions of success in the two worlds, is too great and as a result it's just easy to do the religious ritualistic activity than sincerely do the real thing.

Crossing the river

I heard from a lady that had near death experience that she saw a river. It was green, slimy and sticky. She found it very difficult to cross. She was given the knowledge during that experience that everyone needs to cross this river to get to the other side and those who slander others can't cross it.
I wondered about this river.  Gurbani mentions about a river that is very difficult to cross-
 Bikham nadi jai tarni,

A couple of days ago when I read about the physical location of the crystal palace and it's close proximity to 4th ventricle in the brain, I wondered if Gurbani indicates to this area of the brain when guru Nanak wrote Nanak Chauthe pad mein so jan gat pahen only because Chauthe means 4th. I have written a different meaning of this in a previous blog, associating it to the 4 stages of consciousness. My issue is that I am always looking for the physical location, or proximity for a clearer explanation and physical focus point.

One translation of the emerald tablet says, "
The river of life is cerebrospinal fluid that enters the brain through the FOUR ventricles, this cosmic energy, renews the mind, to gain cosmic consciousness." Source: www.maya12-21-2012.com/2012forum/index.php?topic=2612.0

Search for the crystal palace within

Long time ago, I had a great experience when I saw a emerald green crystal shape move down into the centre of my body, the heart chakra. It then crumbled into pieces that spread throughout my body. I worried at the time if it was good or bad for me. I was puzzled and questioned where it came from and what it meant. All I knew that after the experience I felt immense peace and my shoulder pain and lower back pain disappeared as if I never had a problem. I associated the meaning of  'Naam Japat Mana harya hovai' to this experience.

I rely on Gurbani, the writings in the Sikh scripture, so I understood that the words
Mat Vich Rattan Javahar Manik
mentioned in Japji Sahib does not simply represent something precious but literally means that within our brain are crystals and similar substances. Elsewhere in Gurbani, Guru ji writes Rattan Padarath Ladha, indicating that he has found the crystal substance.

Yesterday, I went to see the movie 'Song of the New Earth', not having a clue what it's about. In it Tom Kenyon talked about a specific experience where he fell down into a hole and saw crystal men who asked him a question. I found his experience weird and unlike mine but my concern is the crystals. So I went on Toms website to see if he mentions anything further explaining what he understood about the crystal men. I found no mention of that experience but instead a beautiful meditation called the crystal palace within focusing on four points. Read Tom's blog on crystal-palace-within. Reading it made me realise how and why I had the Crystal experience.

I have done similar meditations in 2009, intuitively. My blogs of the time should mention the points I use to focus on. In 2002, I attended a yoga class once for fitness, not realising that the practices taught would benefit  me in meditation years later. Kundalini Tantra book mentions about a meditation in which you imagine your body is hung on a piece of string. This naturally helps you focus on a point above your head at one hand distance. This point is vital to focus on. I have mentioned it in another blogpost and realisation of this point improved my meditation results immensely.
I had already started focusing on the third eye after reading Samuel Sagan's book but experiencing the power of points at one hand distance was a great accidental realisation for me. When I started feeling the pain in the third eye area and the forum discussions on the internet pointed out to stop focusing on third eye as I was trying to hard, instead of letting it happen; and instead I started focusing on the heart along with the above head point at one hand distance.

The realisation that I could focus on more than one point at a time was an exciting one. By now I had already focused individually on the three points mentioned above. The tree meditation where you are suppose to imagine that you are a tree and have roots going down to the centre of the earth had given me some practice of the focus on above the head as well as the centre of the earth focus but not both simultaneously along with third eye and heart chakra focus. So even though I thought I use to focus on three points, I was probably focusing on four points as mentioned in Tom Kenyon's meditation. So what he has mentioned in this meditation had come to my realisation over a long period practical trials.

Another website talking about the Crystal palace within is http://biologyofkundalini.com/article.php?story=TheCrystalPalace

So the point of the blog is to clarify that Gurbani mentions about this, we just think that it's symbolic of precious lifetime but not as a specific experience or place within us which is the truth.
Ratan tyag kaodi sang rachai, sach chord jhuth sang machai.
The above lines are literally suggesting to visit the crystal palace within us.

Regarding Tom Kenyon, even though I am not convinced about the earth talking to him about respecting it, I do agree with the overall messages given in the movie as I saw them to be in line with what Guru Nanak said and did. I am not elevating Tom to the status of Guru Nanak, not even comparing him in that sense; just mentioning the similarities in messages, even when Tom was not revealed the Secret whereas Guru Nanak was invited in Gods mansion.

Guru Nanak sang and requested Mariana to play his musical instrument saying 'Bani ai hai', the words are coming from God. That's why Sikh call it Dhur ki bani and Guru Nanak said music/ sound is the most direct way to connect to God.
 Kaljug  main Kirtan pardhana.
Guru Nanak also talked about Word / shabad / Akhar. He said
shabad guru, surt dhun (sound) chela.
.....Akhar Jin ok aya.

Guru Nanak travelled around the earth for 22 years spreading the message.
Guru Nanak spread the message to treat women equal, 500 years ago.

Who are you devoted to? A religious sect or One Creator?

When people first get drawn towards a religion, they become very devoted and strictly attach themselves to the panth and engross themselves with what is right by the religion and what is wrong. They try to judge everyone's lifestyle based on their notion of right and wrong. This goes for Sikhs, Christians and Muslims alike. That's why Guru Nanak found it easy to preach his message to people of all religions during his travels, as he was well aware of the follies of religious people. He never asked anyone to convert into sikhism, he only pointed out that tasks performed as part of a ritual are meaningless, if you failed in attempting to connect with the divine.

Why should we connect to the divine? What is the purpose of it?
In Japji sahib, Guru Nanak wrote the answer

  • Mane surt hove man budh, mane Sagal bahvan ki sudh.
  • Mane mug na chale panth, mane dharma seti sanbandh.

When one starts listening to the Naam / the vibration of sound, his mind and intellect becomes one with the higher consciousness and thus become aware of all spheres of existence. This awareness that Gods essence is present in every being, makes a person see everyone as equal. Then such a person shows equal love and respect for all because such a person concerns himself with the true dharma / ultimate justice. Then he is not worried about promoting the rules of his religious creed / sect/ path as better than other religions.

He realises that without Gods grace, one can not know the true path. He realises that it's not about competing with the other religion or the other human being. It's about sharing the resources God provided for everyone and these natural resources are not to be hoarded by a few. That's why Guru Nanak stipulated three basic rules of  Kirat karo, Vand chako, Naam japo.

Until one mediates on Naam / vibration of sound, one has a beggar mentality. Beggars only take, they don't give anything back to any person, or society at large. Guru  says to give up this mentality of always begging for more material goods. Start sharing - 'Vand'.

On the other hand, for those who are physically and metally capable Guru Nanak expects his followers to work and earn a living and not rely on welfare or charity. This is called Kirat.

If a new world could be established in which these three principals are adhered to by everyone and everyone works for a living, shares their earnings and knowledge, and meditated to become one with higher consciousness on a daily basis; how peaceful would such a world be! There would be no need for so many religions, governments, political boundaries and bank accounts.

Now contemplate on your own actions and judge yourself to see if you are affiliated to God and True Justice or just to a small sect of a religion to gain a sense of belonging and acceptance and possibly for the need to be recognised as a good person.

Get rid of the fake goodness and start thinking about humanity as one. There are no rights, only privileges. We are lucky to be living in a rich land with lots of natural resources that help us have a good living. others may not be so lucky, so share a little.

Don't just recite your daily prayers like a parrot, become one with the divine / higher conciousness everyday; mediate a little - Naam Japo

Is it a crime to use magic in real life?

With deep meditation come the magical powers. These powers are revealed even when you were not trying to discover them. Just because something has been discovered, does that mean we should use it ? It's the same ethical question that should be asked about physical explorations of land, medicine, astronomy, mining etc.

Meditation is very similar to physical exploration if land but instead we search within our own body, how it interacts with the sound waves we make and the breath we inhale and exhale. It's a vast world inside, unexplored as far as most people are concerned as they haven't a clue of how many precious jewels are hidden there.

Secrecy about scientific discoveries that can be used as war weapons is seen as essential by the governments. So it's only fair that the spiritual powers that are the result of meditation should also be secret; for you don't know what one might use it for or force someone to use.

It's sad that USA has been exploring spiritual powers to be used as military weapons, if it's true. It's said that they have been doing this since Second World War. This is a dangerous act.

Spiritual powers must never be mixed with military combats. The very purpose of spiritual life is for the good of all because God is one and is within all beings. The military combats however exist because of the opposing view that one must hurt / destroy the other.

Personal use of spiritual powers should also be guided by the same philosophy. Is the use of power for  Wellbeing or destruction of the other? Stealing another's energy is also a crime worse than stealing a physical object because a physical object may not pose a direct threat to one's health whereas the stealing of energy does.

So was the burning of witches in the 16th century Europe justified? The straight answer is no. But the ethical question is were the witches actually diminishing peoples Wellbeing?

Valmiki's epic story of Ramayana, about Ram and Ravan also reveals that the use of spiritual powers in daily life was on in that time. The stories of  Merlin, weather he was a fictitious character or not, portray use of magical powers in daily life.

Doing justice becomes even tougher when magic is involved. So is it best that the average population be kept blind about what is there to explore within themselves? I am afraid that it only takes one naughty child to start a fire in a tall building and thousands to control the irreversible damage.

So, secrecy is the safest but saddest option because there is so much peace and bliss to be found in the world of spirituality that we try to seek by consuming more and more commercial products and services. Only if we knew that the pleasures of collecting monetary wealth and enjoying its benefits are nothing compared to the benefits gained by engaging in spiritual life.

May be the actual cause of grief in human life is because of our nature of showing off our possessions , materIal and otherwise. If we start sharing what we know and possess without the intent and need to show off
