Spirituality and Reiki - God and Satan - White magic Vs Black magic

What is Spirituality? Complete surrender to God's/ Divine Will is paramount in Sikhism.

What is God's Will if someone uses Black Magic to harm a person? Are we suppose to intervene as saint / gursikh / good humanbeing for the wellbeing of the other who is disadvantaged?

I have been troubled by the above thoughts and didn't know what was the right action. At last, when I was really scared for the well-being of this person and worried that he will loose his life as the magic was very strong. This person had been sick for two years with the condition only getting worse and initially no one knew what was causing the problem. This person couldn't eat many foods, couldn't sleep day or night, started having anxiety attacks without any reason, eventually started loosing 1KG weight each week. The Dr first mentioned Helicobacter virus and then said it is fatty liver problem. For two years, I didn't interfere thinking it was a health issue, then thinking its some emotional issue causing the health problem. Eventually, one day some voice provoked me and said, 'Why don't you help him?'. It was simply because I didn't want to interfere in anyone's life or in God's Will.

It's only a few weeks after this, that two nights in a row, I felt extremely scared as if some black energy was trying to attack me but couldn't get to me. I have never felt scared in the middle of the night. I walk around giving water to the kids or walk off to another room to meditate. It was a very strange but very strong feeling.

That night I walked back to the room where my kids were sleeping and lying in their bed intended for the white light to protect me and my children from whatever it was.

Next morning or the day after, in the early hours I was meditating while lying down when I saw my dad pouring white flowers around me in a circle and then in a vertical line from above. The next thing I saw was the biggest black suitcase I have ever seen, next to a brick wall of a house. I recognised this to be the house of this person I am writing about. I felt ilke removing this black bag / suitcase but instinct told me that it was far too dangerous and I might get the bad stuff of it. I managed to then blast it with the white light without touching it. Then I sent the white light all around this house and inside to eliminate the danger of any darkness / black stuff inside the house. After this I felt like giving the shite light to this person as I realised at this point that there might be the dark energy inside him that is making him sick. When I tried to send the white light to him, suddenly it felt that I had run out of white light and there was a brick wall stopping the energy from being received by this person. I rung him immediately, 5 am in the morning it was and asked him to start meditating as I was sending him healing but feel that he is not receiving it. He meditated but somehow I couldn't send it to him.

While I was meditating, I saw a lebanese lady, fair skin, curly dark hair smiling at me. I took it as if she was there to help me. I introduced myself and asked who she was and if she was ther to help me. She moved backwards, which indicated to me that she wasn't there to help me. I felt at this point that she was the person behind that black energy and had come to see who was opposing her energy. She was impressed with my effort but wasn't there to help. I asked her to leave and she did.

I searched the internet for how to get rid of Black Magic and what are the signs etc. I read someone's comment saying don't try to tackle it yourself, pray to Jesus. This motivated me to pray to Guru Nanak. I remembered the Sakhi of Guru Nanak changing the life of a female Black Magician, Noorshah. Guru Nanak saved Mardana from Noorshah's magic who had made him into a sheep and motivated her to leave the way of Black Magic and live in God's Will.

Next day, I woke up to meditate and as I did, a phone call came at 4 am. I went to pick it up but it stopped. I tried to find the missed call number but the service told me the last missed call was two days ago. I didn't want to disturb anyone, just in case this person was asleep but had this grave fear that it was a call to tell me that this person has died. I wished it was untrue and went to the temple and meditated. I prayed to Guru Nanak and asked him to rid us of the Black magic, if that is the cause. I also prayed to give live to this person. I might mention the actuall experience another day but that day Guru Nanak heard my prayer and gave life back to this person and there is no fear of Black Magic anymore. You can judge this any way you like. I just know how I felt during these experiences. I have since realised that fighting back is no where as powerful as complete surrender.

Future prediction on written words

Do you see words written in the vaccum? Do they mean something and come true? This is what has been happening to me lately. First time I saw the word TRECHERY written on a plant in my garden while I was chatting with a guest. It was a warning sign for me. There was something happening affecting my life that I wasn't aware of.

Then I saw the word GREED written in my dream in the early morning. It also came true, the very day I saw it.

This morning at 5.35am I saw DEATH in the ACCIDENT written exactly how I have written here. Can you imagine how I would have panicked? I rang my sister to pray for my husband. As per her suggestion, had a shower, made Prashaad and went to the Gurdwara with my husband and prayed for a change of destiny.
I saw that written word erased and replaced with 'Spare Live'. I tried to write 'Spare life' but it kept coming as 'Spare live' then the word Alive.
This happened while I was taking the Hukamnana. Then I asked if the person will get an indication of being spared when that event happens today. I got the intuition to forget that thought immediately as it was too risky and the person will not even go that way, he would instead be doing something totally different to nake him avoid that situation completely. I accepted it. All is well.

Reiki, Spirituality and Sikhism - Are they compatible?

I have been thinking about this for nearly two years and should confess that I am not 100% sure what Guru Nanak would say but I have my own logic that convinced me that they can be compatible. Is it a crime for an Amritdhari Gursikh to receive Reiki treatment or attunement? What one says depends on what one believes in and what they know about Reiki and its philosophy. I tried to tackle it from an objective perspective. I will start the story from the beginning -

In 2002,  I had been suffering from a severe shoulder pain for a year and had tried every treatment including physiotherapy, message, kinesiology and acupuncture; nothing had worked completely. One day when I went to an elderly friends house for a social visit, he said that he can see two holes in my body and that usually happens after a childbirth. I didn't know anything about Aura reading or Reiki then. I was surprised at his remark. He further said that he can fix the holes. At this I mentioned to him that I actually have a very bad right shoulder and the pain keeps coming back. He asked my permission to heal me. he didn't mention Reiki or anything. I simply gave my permission. I thought he was going to message my should but he didn't touch me at all. All I knew was that he was standing behind me. I had closed my eyes. I later asked my husband what did he do? He mentioned that this person simply placed his hands near my shoulders. The pain went away for a month. Coming downstairs from his house, I noticed a poster which prompted a conversation in which he told me that he does meditation everyday for an hour in the morning. A month later I called him in distress due to severe pain, he did the same hand treatment again and this time the shoulder pain never came back. I now know that what he did was Reiki treatment. I also know that since this Christian person changed his religion to Jehovahs Witness, he gave up Reiki as it is against his new religions belief system.

In late 2008, a work colleague told me that he has joined a meditation group and now he does meditation everyday for an hour. I became jealous and felt guilty that I, the Amridhari Gursikh, never do meditation and this person, Mr Nobody - according to AKJ standard Sikhi, was meditating everyday. In 2009, my new year resolution was to do meditation everyday, open my third eye and raise my Kundalini to 7th Chakra and see God and whatever else about Him Guru Nanak saw. I have since found out that 7th chakra is not the goal of Kundalini, it is the 4th chakra, the heart centre. Guru Nanak, the prophet of the 4th chakra, according to Sahej Yoga people, also seem to see God through the 4th chakra, the chakra of Love and Compassion for all. I was serious about my goal as 2012 was only four years away and I had to achieve the highest state before the end of the world. I must say I did very well that year and was very happy with the Kirpa of my Gurus. Read my blogs from that time to know about my precious experiences.

In Dec 2009, I went to India. My eldest sister told me that she had received Reiki attunement and was getting good results with healing but she gave up thinking that it was against Sikhism and she was not willing to change her Guru. Knowing how Reiki healing had changed my life ..

I asked Baba Makhan Singh of his opinion. He said that its Ok to practice Reiki but to be aware that when you heal someone this way, you are using your personal energy, although the Reiki theory says that its only God's energy that is being used. He said that since we use our intent to heal the person and to clear their aura (he knew about auras!), our personal energy does get used.

I am scared to see some Reiki healer being sick with life-threatening diseases. I wonder if they are sick as they used up too much of their personal energy and left themselves vulnerable to sickness. In pranic energy healing, they talk about receiving a little more than you are giving, so you don't deplete your energy but Reiki says that the healer doesn't control the flow of energy. It says that the Reiki knows how much is needed and the patient can't receive too much, unlike pranic energy healing where too much can cause energy congestion. Since reiki says its not personal energy being used at all, they do not talk about the harm to the healer for giving too much.

Besides this, in the Reiki Attunement session, the master asks you to imagine a Golden Yellow light around yourself. Yellow is the light of Solar Plexus, which is the chakra of personal energy.

More importantly, when Guru Nanak gave me darshan and before or after my 9 petal lotus opened, my whole body was healed by a emerald green colour particles coming out of a gemstone in the heart centre, hanging on a string that came down from the 7th chakra. Then the electric green colour light came out of my temples up to the palms of my hands in a semi-circle shape. This was not given to me by any humanbeing, therefore I trust this to be more God's energy and something that I was given without asking, so I must have God's permission to use it. Although, I tried to not accept it, as I was scared that I might not have the ability to use it wisely; I know believe that the creator would be a better judge of what I am capable and worthy of than myself. I still haven't used either of these to heal others. I am sure, when its the right time, I will be asked to serve. There is no hurry.

Water like energy encompassed my body

In meditation, a few days ago - water like energy encompassed my body in a long triangle shape. I noticed that the crystal clear water was flowing from above my head. It started collecting in the shape of a triangle and had come up my knees and was not going into the ground. Generally speaking, water represents psychic energy.

A day or two before or after this experience I also saw a yellow light surrounding my head and upper part of the body. It was different from how I have seen colours during meditation.

On Sunday, I saw while at the temple, my dad was very happy and had a flower on his beautifully tied turban. He was smiling. I must be on the right path again. A few months ago he was very upset with me. His turban was not tied properly, was worried and had tried to remove certain emotions out of my body.

I know I was upset then and now I am on track.

Body Pyramid understood

How happy am I to realise that the weird triangle I was shown two days ago was part of the two triangles I had seen two years ago. Those where the top of the body pyramid with the third eye being the tip of it. This triangle was part of the square base of the pyramid made with two triangles. I will soon draw a better picture and take a photo of it to upload. It most definitely heals the body. Try focusing on a point where your right thigh and trunk meet. It is like a pressure point that makes you feel the pressure towards your back side of the body. As you focus between this point and the left shoulder you will feel energy movement at various points. The shoulder point is exactly the same point where the 9 leaf lotus from the Anandgarh opens to and a ray of the 1st triangle of the 3rd eye stops at. This morning I did this for 1 1/2 hours and had heat coming out of my feet, followed by energy movement in the body that felt like it was releasing toxins and negativity.

Searching for info on the strange triangle revealed in meditation

 I had a weird meditation last night. I was inspired to focus on a point on the crease between the right thigh and the trunk of my body. 2nd point i was shown was on the left shoulder making a diagonal line and the third point was on the crease on the left side of my body, between the trunk and the thigh, making a 90 degree triangle. When i meditated by saying Moolmantra - one word on one point, I felt the diagonal line from 1st point to the shoulder very strongly but couldn't perceive the 3rd point as strongly.

As I kept going, I felt energy moving  and probably healing different points within the triangle. I somehow understood that may be the 1st point is the Earth point where all Memories are stored, 2nd point is where the reflecting mirror is and the 3rd point where the 2nd line is projected, according to the hologram. The stored Memories create the Karmic conditions and are projected by the mirror on the shoulder, resulting heath issues in the triangle. This triangle is then projected on the remaining portion of the trunk.


So I am desperately looking for information on how the Hologram theory and the sacred geometry apply to the human body. I found interesting Aboriginal philosophy on healing on the site below. I will keep looking.

Density 1** [octave 1] Man starts off gullible, totally unaware and an easy prey for many other dimensions to manipulate as he now starts to move through levels of growth, the lowest level is cannibalism and living off survival and animal instincts.

Density 3 **[Octave 6] Aware at times that there are other forces within you and manipulating your thoughts into doing and saying things that are not you. Aware that you want to be in control of you and stop the struggle and manipulation from within you. Now you have the invading forces worried your starting to take control and think for yourself.

Density 4 **[Octave 7] Aware of free will and start questioning the reason for ones existence, seeks answers through spiritual integration and growth, This is the level that other dimensions can't stand you being on, as they start to loose control of you, so they then bring out the big guns, and you come under attack. The attacks will come as they take over a body of someone who is still in a lower density level, easy to control, that person will be the closest person to you, your mother, your father, your son or your daughter, you closest friend, your neighbour, you boss, your teacher, it will be somebody close. While in the body of that person they will intimidate you, if that doesn't work they will manipulate you into a situation that they will set up, if that doesn't work, they will use aggression and if that doesn't work, they will use conditional love, such as, "If you love me you will, you don't love me or you would." etc. This is a final desperate act to having you drop your guard, so that they can gain access to you.
In relationships you will find sometimes one partner will stay in a lower density level, and the other will move into a higher density level, when this occurs it will be represented by a constant barrage of attacks by the lower density level being, towards the higher density level being by other forces.

Assist your partner by attempting to make them aware of the attacks, when one is being manipulated by other forces, they become aware that they are doing things that they have no choice of doing, or they may say things that they know was not them, it came out of their mouth, but they had no intention of saying what came out of their mouth.

Density 4 **[Octave 8] This Octave level is where one becomes stuck in the repeat cycles of time, it represents infinity cycling over and over again unaware why, man now becomes more aware of his independent, individual free will and choices and seeks more understanding of his internal world and integration with his spirit in an attempt to escape the repeat cycles of time.

Density 5 **[Octave 9] This octave level is about integration with his spirit and soul he becomes aware of Lore of ethics and integrity and dealing with the cause and effect of his created patterns, he becomes aware that there is no wrong or right but a point zero, where there is no swing and he is able to observe all games with non judgment, the true meaning of unconditional love. He becomes aware that everything happening now, has happened before and every thing happening now, will happen again unless he makes changes to the past, to change his future, his spirit starts to awaken from its amnesia, he starts to change by taking responsibility for all his internal created realities. so he enfolds space/time and changes the created patterns of the past which in turn change the future.
Density 5 **[Octave10] The last octave level is the awareness of all of the above and aware that they no longer need a physical body, and that if in balance with the supreme creator, the spirit and soul will be free to choose its next dimensional universe of creation. This world and us as humans, being a part of this dimension of time and space, is heading for the end and therefore the beginning of a major cycle that must end as we know it, allowing all humans and others that have reached the ninth Octave and are ready for a higher density level, to merge into the tenth octave which is the beginning of that next dimension of reality

KARMA - not just past actions: a profound experience

Gurbani Says, "Karmi Avai Kapra". The birth happens according to one's Karma's. The birth itself here means the monetary as well as other social conditions in which a person is born, the parents and other relationships that he comes into contact with, during his lifetime and the life events are all chosen carefully.
 They are chosen according to KARMA - past life THOUGHTS (including DESIRES and MEMORIES) as well as ACTIONS. 

The past life EMOTIONS (MEMORIES), DESIRES AND ACTIONS collectively indicate the path the soul wishes to take for its own spiritual development. Until we realise what  LESSON we were meant to learn from a certain situation, for our soul's development; we are faced with similar situations again and again. So if you think why it always happens to me, don't see yourself as a victim. Try to ask the question - What is it that I am meant to learn from this? The moment you realise that, you will no longer be handling that problem again in life. The soul will move on to the next lesson. Life is not about collecting wealth or status but about your soul's development. This development process doesn't end when one physical life ends. This process continues until the soul has no more DESIRES AND MEMORIES. This the point of Soul's development that Buddhist call Nirvana, Hindu's call Moksha, Sikh's call Mukti and Christians call it Salvation I think.


There are two paths we can choose from, to reach the final stage of our Soul's development. One through KARMA Yoga - by trying to do the right action. The reason we need to do this is that the moment we do something wrong by someone, we are trapped in their MEMORY. Therefore, we are bound in a relationship with them by KARMA, ready to build the framework for the next encounter in this life. If the emotional issue is not resolved in this lifetime, you are set by KARMA to have a relationship with this person in the next lifetime and the next, until both soul's have learnt their lesson and have built enough COMPASSION to forgive every past action and no longer have the desire to either LOVE or HATE this particular soul. LOVE and HATE are both bondages that create KARMA. The second method is by NAAM JAP - Meditation.


How did I realise this? Theoratically I have known this all along. But I had a very strage meditation experience that made me realise this in a profound way.

MEDITATION EXPERIENCE when I tried to get rid of the Karma

In meditation, I prayed to relieve me of any karmic relationship with a specific person. I prayed to settle the account right now.


I do not want any desires or emotions, +ve or -ve, attached to this person. So far I had tried to not keep any hard feeling. Every effort to help this person by sending the healing energy, guiding to meditate etc obviously had failed miserably as the psychic dreamwalking revealed. I didn't want to do shielding for this reason anymore. I wanted a lasting solution.


So here I am in deep meditation and suddenly the energy started rushing straight out from my heart centre straight towards this person with a feeling of compassion. I was puzzled and tried to interrupt saying I do not want any kind of relationship. And why is the energy going out from within. This has never happened before. Every other time, the energy has come inwards from outside. I was worried that my collected energy is being used. Then I thought of many other people that I have grudge towards and thought while a flood of compassionate energy is being released with such force, I may as well give it to other people that I don't want any -ve emotions towards. So I visualized a few other people but the energy just kept going to this person ignoring the people in between, within that straight line. I can't tell what was the colour of that energy. Was it green. or purple or a mix? I don't think it was 100% clear like water, like the colour of the pranic energy that comes from above.



Later I realised that I had asked to settle the score and give this person whatever I owe him. So the energy released in his direction was what I owed, which I would have to give over the years or lives. When no more  energy could be released, it stopped as if there was no more of it left. Then I saw a very grand building that was being built. Next the building was gone and even the foundation of the building had been ripped and all that  was left there was the dug up soil. So I understand that all KARMA has been released and I am back to square one in this particular case. Yes, I feel the equilibrium from deep within.

LESSON 1: Do not take your emotions lightly. Any thought, no matter how small, is shaping your future and affecting others involved in your thought. The worst part is that if you have a -ve thought about the other person, it first affects you before it affects the other person. 

LESSON 2: The soul doesn't see a difference between you and the other person. At soul level we are one. So to heal yourself, you have to heal the other person at the same time. 

LESSON 3: when you say, "I don't care what the other person thinks of me. I know I am ethically right." It is not enough. The other person's desires are also shaping your future.

Past Life Regression theraphy helps heal Karma issues

I have been reading the book "Through time into Healing: how past life regression theraphy can heal mind, body and soul by Dr Brian Weiss". This book is written by a Dr giving pages full of examples on how this therapy healed different people in different situations. In the Appendix, it also gives you steps to go through your own regression session. The author has made clear thro several examples how souls incarnate in groups and change relationship, genders and roles but continue facing same challenges until they learn their lesson and are ready to move on and the most important thing is LOVE, not to get through life as a materially successful person. My dad use to talk about souls coming and going in groups.

This morning I had the insight that the regression method is a long winded road. Even after the healing of one aspect which might take several regression sessions, you still have other issues and the new issues will crop up as life goes on. So this is not the best solution or the road for me.

When I had a successful meditation session and the green healing Gemstone came inside and sent green healing energy to every cell of my body, that was real magic. I didn't need to think of any particular parts of my body or of events that would have given me those injuries. It simply healed the whole body. I use to suffer lower back pain as well as really bad shoulder pain. It all went in seconds and never came back. That is why Guruji says that when you Jap Naam - Meditate on the creator, all your Karma's nullified. You no longer need to suffer those injuries from past negative memories and no longer need to come again to repay these souls that you have been re-incarnating with. So meditating and remembering God without asking for anything is better than Regression therapy and also better than asking for petty things.

Hilarious Meditation Experience

On last Saturday I had a funny meditation session. I usually pray to receive the gift of singing so I can sing Gods praises.

After the chanting, in the quiet moment I saw an African black man. Then I saw  3 or 4 different african faces. I was puzzled as I have never met an African in meditation. Then I realised that Africans are known for their marvelous singing. So I asked this African man who had something white on, what was his name. He said Michael. I felt like laughing and asked you mean Michael Jackson? He didn't bother to respond to that but said that he would help me sing and dance. I felt amused but didn't want to offend him just in case it was a serious offer. I asked him to come everyday without waiting for me to call him as I want to sing God's praises in the most beautiful way. I am still laughing at that. Was it really Michael Jackson?

Whatever it was, my throat chakra had the intense burning sensation prior to the vision and also I feel that my heart chakra is overactive. There is intense heat in my throat and deep inside my ears as well.  Throat is lumpy and ears uncomfortable. This got be part of the Throat chakra awakening. I am hoping for the energy to balance out soon.  I did feel this intense heat in the throat in early 2009. Hoping all my higher chakras are once again awakening.

Last night I wrote a few very emotional poems in Panjabi. Throat is also the chakra of communication, so its got to be the result of the combined force of Throat and Heart Chakras.
A Panjabi Poem Ik Vaar Mere Lai Avenga? I wrote last night pleading Guru Nanak to visit my troubled life, for I can't keep Work Life Balance and can't find enough time to meditate or to spend time with my children to teach them important lessons.

Books of Alice A Bailey are full of knowledge

I have just discovered this non-fiction author and am impressed with the amount of detailed knowledge. She does refer to Patanjali etc sources of Hindu literature as well as others.

Guru Nanak writes that all reading and listening is in vein if one doesn't contemplate. On p.139 of 'From Intellect to Intuition' ISBN 9780853301080, 0853301085, Alice quoted

Cardinal Richelieu's words on contemplation, as the stage, "in which man sees and knows God without using the imagination and without discursive reasoning."

Alice says that contemplation has been described as a psychic gateway, leading from one state of consciousness to another.

Jeremy Taylor calls it the "transition from intense meditation to that contemplation which attains to the vision of the wonders of God, as the human soul enters the realm of the divine light."

Francois Malaval, wrote in 17th century, "This act (contemplation) is also more perfect than reasoning because in reasoning the soul speaks, whilst in this act it enjoys. Reasoning ... convinces the soul by its principles, but here the soul is rather illuminated than convinced, it sees rather than examines. "

Alice further says that through this gateway of vision the man passes and finds himself to be the soul, the perceiver, who can perceiver equally the world of spiritual realities anf the world of daily experience; he can look, if he so chooses, in either direction. .....the triplicity of soul, mind and brain must play their part, but with a different orientation and attention. It becomes simply a question of focus.

The brain is active towards the instincts and habits which guide our physical plane. life and appetites. Through right education, the brain learns to respond to thought impressions of the mind.

The mind has a tendency to record all outer information. It can be trained to be receptive towards the soul and to register information coming from that higher source. In time, we can learn to bring about a perfect interplay between the three.
